Our promise

If your child isn't in love with a toy within 30 days, you can return it for a full refund. No lectures, no restocking fees.

How to return

1. Email hello@playfulpicks.co with your order number.
2. We'll send a prepaid return label within 24 hours.
3. Drop the package off. Refund lands 3–5 days after we receive it.

The fine print

• Items must be in original condition with tags and packaging where applicable.
• Personalised items and clearance are final sale.
• Electronic toys must include all included batteries and cables.
